Orientation and Registration

Registration

Please use the following links to our online forms to register* for your upcoming delegation.  The information required for day trips and longer trips is different, so please select whichever applies to you.  We ask that participants fill out the registration form 6 weeks in advance.  (For your security, information that you provide is encrypted and transferred to our server securely.)

*Please note:  If the participant is a minor, we require a release form to be filled out by a parent or guardian.  If this form is not filled out by the time of arrival, participation in the delegation may be affected.  Please contact the group leader from your organization for this form.
